I want to especially direct you to the Maa Healthcare Initiative (MHCI) (http://www.maahealthcareinitiative.or.ke/), a not-for-profit organization by some good friends of mine in Kenya. MHCI’s mission is to increase access to basic health care to residents of the Maasai-lands of Kenya.
